James Ciminillo

As the son to a restaurant owner, Ciminillo’s interest in food began at a very young age.

The Ohio-native joined the Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group in 2011 at Meat & Potatoes, starting as a line cook and eventually working his way up to Chef de Cuisine. He continued on to Pork & Beans, a Texas-inspired BBQ and Smokehouse.
